Mouse and Tool Wheel Cine: This tool is a way to view all images in a stack like a video.
Fast Scroll: Drag mouse to move through slices at an increasing rate of slices.
Regular Scroll: Drag mouse to move through slices at a linear rate based on movement.
Jump To: To use this tool, click on a point in one viewport. The reminder of the viewports displaying the same study will adjust to that point in space.
Start: Jump to the first slice in a given series.
End: Jump to the last slice in a given series when clicked.
Manual Scroll: Allows users to specify a link between all viewports and link scrolling between them.
Automatic Scroll: Automatically specifies links between all viewports and link scrolling between them.
Image Adjustment Pan: To pan, click and hold down the mouse button and freely move the image.
Zoom: To zoom, click and drag the mouse button in and out.
Horizontal flip: This tool flips the series on its horizontal axis.
Vertical flip: This tool flips the series on its vertical axis.
Window level: Drag up to decrease window level and drag down to increase window level. Drag left to decrease window width and drag right to increase window width.
Invert: This tool inverts the grayscale.
Free Rotate: To use this tool, click and hold on the image and rotate in any direction.
Magnify Glass: To magnify a small area of the image, click once to open the magnifying glass. This can be moved around the image in any direction.
3D Rotate: This tool will be utilized in the 3D view mode to rotate the 3D model 360°.
Rotate 90: This tool rotates the image by 90o clockwise.
Reset: This tool will reset any parameters that have been adjusted, and the image will return to its original acquisition.
Next Series: This tool navigates to the next series with a single key press, mouse click or voice command.
Previous Series: This tool navigates to the previous series with a single key press, mouse click or voice command.
Annotations Length: To measure the length, click and hold and move the mouse to another point, or drop one point and then drop another point to measure the length.
Angle: To measure the angle, click once to start the measurement, click again at the vertex of the angle, and click once more to end the measurement.
Cobb Angle: To measure the Cobb angle, click and hold to draw a line along the endplates of the vertebral body at the superior aspect of the curve deformity, and repeat for the inferior aspect of the curve deformity.
Ellipse: This tool creates an ellipse and displays its size in pixels. The ellipse can be resized by clicking on the smaller circles on the top left or bottom right of the ellipse. (Hounsfield)
Circle: To use this tool, simply click once and adjust the size of the circle by moving the mouse up and down, then click again to end the annotation. The size of the circle can be adjusted by clicking on the plus sign, and can be moved by clicking and holding on any part of the rim of the circle.
Rectangle: To use this tool, simply click once and adjust the size of the rectangle by moving the mouse up and down, then click again to end the annotation.
Arrow: This tool allows an arrow image to be place to create a focal point.
Eraser: To erase an annotation, click on the annotation with the eraser tool.
Erase All: Erases all annotation in a viewport.
Label Vertebrae: To label vertebrae, click on the first vertebral body to designate a starting point, then click ASC or DESC depending on the labeling direction. Click on the next vertebral body and the corresponding label will appear.
Landmark: This tool is used to place free text labels on anatomy.
Contour: This tool is used to draw contours around specific anatomy.
Toggle Annotations: This tool will show or hide all annotations and DICOM data.
Anatomic Navigator: Ability to quickly place spine labels. Available on most Lumbar Spines, the tool will activate when available. After clicking can ‘accept’ recommendations and adjust and delete as desired.
