Submitting a Support Ticket

If you experience an issue while using Sirona, our Support team is here to help. You can contact us in several ways, depending on the urgency and your preferred workflow. For the fastest resolution, we recommend submitting through the in-app chatbot, which automatically includes key details about your session.

Below are the four available options:
 

I. In-App Chatbot (Quickest Method)

  1. Select the question mark in the bottom left corner of any Sirona window

  2. Select the chat box icon

     

  3. Select "Create a ticket for agent interaction"


     

  4. First, enter your email. Then add a link to the Sirona exam in question 

    Note: the button to copy the link is below

III. Help Center Portal: sironamedical.zendesk.com

Note: Signing in will also allow you to view the tickets you've submitted. 

If you don't have your credentials to log in, please reset your password first, and then if need be, reach out to support@sironamedical.com and we will reset your password.
