Downloading and Resending Reports From Sirona

From the Worklist to the very right of the patient study click on the vertical ellipsis

The ellipsis will reveal a menu to download the report and resend the report

 

The Patient Jacket also has the Download report and Resend report functions.

In the upper right hand corner of the Patient Jacket click on the ellipsis to open the menu

Choose Download report or Resend report

Once the report has been resent, a green pop up message will appear in the upper right corner of Sirona confirming the transaction.

To download the report, a new window will open with a view of the report followed by options to choose the print format.  Once you click save, the next step will open an option to select a file location of where the report will be saved .

Notes on Troubleshooting: 

1.  The Resend Report will not appear in the menu if there is no HL7 feed available.
2. If the study has not yet been read, the menu will not show the options to download report or resend report.

3. Prior reports that have been imported into Sirona cannot be resent, they can only be downloaded.  The option to resend will not appear.
