Utilizing Focus Mode

Dictate findings while reviewing images without following the structure of the template. Focus Mode automatically places dictated content into the appropriate sections of the report.
 

Turn On Focus Mode
Voice Commands

• Say “start focus mode” or “start focus” Toolbar

• Select Focus Mode toggle above the report (next to the template name)
  
  

Turn Off Focus Mode

• Say “stop focus mode” or “stop focus”
• Or click into the report to return to standard dictation
  
  

While Using Focus Mode

• Dictate findings as you review images
• Say “period” to complete each sentence
• Continue dictating — content will be placed automatically

What You’ll See

• Green border → Focus Mode is ON
• Red border → Focus Mode is OFF
• Inserted text appears in green

How Content is Placed

• Content is automatically added to the correct section
• If no matching section is found, text appears at the bottom of the report

 

Helpful Tips

• Cursor is hidden while Focus Mode is on
• Cursor returns to the last insertion point when turned off
• Avoid clicking into the report while dictating (this turns Focus Mode off)
• Use undo to restore default template text if needed
• You can add a new section by dictating “[Section Name]:”
